Chamentashen

¾ cup raw sugar
2 cups matzot flour
2 tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt
1/3 cup butter
1 egg + 2-3 tbl. water, extra flour
Wash your hands and the table.
2. Grease cookie sheets.Preheat oven to 350 ° F.
3. Mix sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt while you
count to 40.
4. Cut butter into little pieces, mix in with fork or hands.
5. Add egg and water and mix until dough is like a ball.
