Genesis 18:14 Is anything too hard for the Lord? At the time
appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life,
and Sarah shall have a son.
Genesis 20:17,18 So Abraham prayed unto God: and God healed
Abimelech and his wife, and his maidservants, and they bare
children.
For the Lord had fast closed up all the wombs of the house of
Abimelech, because of Sarah, Abraham's wife.
Genesis 26:4,5 And I will make thy seed to multiply as the
stars of heaven, and will give unto thy seed all these
countries; and in thy seed shall all the nations of the
earth be blessed;
Because that Abraham obeyed my voice, and kept my charge, my
commandments, my statutes, and my laws.
Exodus 14:14 The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold

Exodus 15:23,24,25 And when they came to Marah, they could not
drink of the waters of Marah, for they were bitter: therefore
the name of it was called Marah.

Exodus 15:26 And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the

His sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all
his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee,
which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the Lord
that healeth thee.
Exodus 22:22,23 Ye shall not afflict any widow, or fatherless
child.
If thou afflict them in any wise, and they cry at all unto me, I
will surely hear their cry.
Exodus 23:22 But if thou shalt indeed obey his voice, and do all
that I speak;
then I will be an enemy unto thine enemies, and an adversary unto
thine adversaries.
Exodus 23:25,26,27 And ye shall serve the Lord your God, and He
shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away
from the midst of thee.
There shall nothing cast their young; nor be barren in thy land:
the number of thy days I will fulfill.
I will send my fear before thee, and will destroy all the people to
whom thou shalt come, and I will make all thine enemies turn their
backs unto thee.
Exodus 33:19 And he said, I will make all my goodness pass before
thee, and I will proclaim the name of the Lord before thee: and
will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will shew mercy
on whom I will shew mercy.
Leviticus 14:1,2,3 And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, This
shall be the law of the leper in the day of his cleansing:
He shall be brought unto the priest: And the priest shall go
forth out of the camp; and the priest shall look, and behold,
if the plague of leprosy be healed in the leper;
Then the priest shall go forth out of the camp; and the priest
shall look and behold, if he plague of leprosy be healed in the
leper;
Leviticus 14:4,5,6 Then shall the priest command to take for him
that is to be cleansed two birds alive and clean, and cedar wood,
and scarlet, and hyssop:
And the priest shall command that one of the birds be killed in an
earthen vessel over running water:
As for the living bird, he shall take it, and the cedar wood, and
the scarlet, and the hyssop and shall dip them and the living
bird in the blood of the bird that was killed over the running
water:
Leviticus 14:7,8,9 And he shall sprinkle upon him that is to be
cleansed from the leprosy seven times, and shall pronounce him
clean, and shall let the living bird loose into the open field.
And he that is to be cleansed shall wash his clothes, and shave
off all his hair, and wash himself in water, that he may be clean:
and after that he shall come into the camp, and shall tarry abroad
out of his tent seven days.
But it shall be on the seventh day, that he shall shave all his
hair off his head and his beard and his eyebrows, even all his
hair he shall shave off: and he shall wash his clothes, also he
shall wash his flesh in water, and he shall be clean.
Leviticus 18:5 Ye shall therefore keep my statutes, and my
judgments: which if a man do, he shall live in them: I am the
Lord,
Leviticus 25:12,13 For it is the jubilee; it shall be holy unto
you: ye shall eat the increase thereof out of the field.
In the year of this jubilee ye shall return every man unto his
possession.
Leviticus 26:13 I am the Lord your God, which brought you forth

and I have broken the bands of your yoke, and made you go upright.

Leviticus 26:41,42,43 And that I have walked contrary unto them,
and have brought them into the land of their enemies; if then
their uncircumcised hearts be humbled, and they then accept of
the punishment of their iniquity:
Then I will remember my covenant with Jacob, and also my covenant
with Isaac, and also my covenant with Abraham will I remember; and
I will remember the land.
The land also shall be left of them, and shall enjoy her sabbaths,
while she lieth desolate without them; and they shall accept of
the punishment of their iniquity; because, even because they
despised my judgments, and because their soul abhorred my statutes.
Leviticus 26:44,45 And yet for all that, when they be in the land
of their enemies, I will not cast them away, neither will I abhor
them, to destroy them utterly, and to break my covenant with them:
for I am the Lord their God.
But I will for their sakes remember the covenant of their ancestors,
whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt in the sight of the
heathen, that I might be their God: I am the Lord.
Numbers 12:10,11,12 And the cloud departed from off the tabernacle;
and, behold, Miriam, became leprous, white as snow: and Aaron
looked upon Miriam, and, behold, she was leprous.
And Aaron said unto Moses, Alas, my lord, I beseech thee, lay not
the sin upon us, wherein we have done foolishly, and wherein we
have sinned.
Numbers 12:13,14,15 And Moses cried unto the Lord saying, Heal her
now, O God, I beseech thee.
And the Lord said unto Moses, If her father had but spit in her
face, should she not be ashamed seven days? let her be shut out
from the camp seven days, and after that let her be received in
again.
And Miriam was shut out from the camp seven days: and the people
journeyed not till Miriam was brought in again.
Numbers 14:28 Say unto them, As truly as I live, saith the Lord,
as ye have spoken in my ears, that will I do to you.
Numbers 14:41 And Moses said, Wherefore now do ye transgress the
commandment of the Lord? But it shall not prosper.
Numbers 21:6,7 And the Lord sent fiery serpents among the people,
and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Therefore the people came to Moses, and said, We have sinned, for
we have spoken against the Lord, and against thee; pray unto the
Lord, that He take away the serpents from us. And Moses prayed

serpent, and set it upon a pole: and it shall come to pass, that
every one that is bitten when he looketh upon it, shall live.
And Moses made a serpent of brass, and put it upon a pole, and
it came to pass, that if a serpent had bitten any man, when he
beheld the serpent of brass, he lived.
Numbers 23:19 God is not a man that he should lie; neither the
son of man that He should repent: hath he said, and shall He not
do it? or hath He spoken, and shall He not make it good?
Deuteronomy 4:40 Thou shalt keep therefore His statutes, and His
commandments, which I command thee this day, that it may go well
with thee, and with thy children after thee, and that thou mayest
prolong thy days upon the earth, which the Lord thy God giveth
thee, for ever.
Deuteronomy 6:10,11,12 And all the people of the earth shall see
that thou art called by the name of the Lord; and they shall be

And the Lord shall make thee plenteous in goods, in the fruit of

And shall return unto the Lord thy God, and shalt obey His voice
according to all that I command thee this day, thou and thy
children, with all thine heart, and with all thy soul;
That then the Lord thy God will turn thy captivity, and have
compassion upon thee, and will return and gather thee from all
the nations, whither the Lord thy God hath scattered thee.
Deuteronomy 30:4,5,6 If any of thine be driven out unto the
outmost parts of heaven, from thence will the Lord thy God
gather thee, and from thence will He fetch thee:
And the Lord thy God will bring thee into the land, which thy
fathers possessed, and thou shalt possess it; and He will do
thee good, and multiply thee above thy fathers.
And the Lord God will circumcise thine heart, and the heart
of thy seed, to love the Lord thy God with all thine heart,
and with all thy soul, that thou mayest live.
Deuteronomy 30:7,8,9 And the Lord thy God will put all these
curses upon thine enemies and on them that hate thee, which
persecuted thee.
And thou shalt return and obey the voice of the Lord, and do
all His commandments, which I command thee this day.
And the Lord thy God will make thee plenteous in every work
of thine hand, in the fruit of thy body, and in the fruit of
thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy land, for good: for the
Lord will again rejoice over thee for good, as He rejoiced
over thy fathers:
Deuteronomy 30:19,20 I call heaven and earth to record this
day against you, that I have set before you life and death,
blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou
and thy seed may live;
That thou mayest love the Lord thy God, and that thou mayest
obey His voice, and that thou mayest cleave unto him: for He
is thy life, and the length of thy days: that thou mayest
dwell in the land which the Lord sware unto thy fathers, to
Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them.
Deuteronomy 32:39 See now that I, even I am he, and there is no
God with me: I kill, and I make alive; I wound, and I heal:
neither is there any that can deliver out of my hand.
Deuteronomy 34:7 And Moses was an hundred and twenty years old
when he died: his eye was not dim, nor his natural force abated.

the left, that thou mayest prosper whithersoever thou goest.
This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou
shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe
to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou
shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good
success.
Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be
not afraid, neither be thou dismayed for the Lord thy God is with
thee withersoever thou goest.
Joshua 2:13 And ye will save alive my father, and my mother, and
my brethren, and my sisters, and all that they have, and deliver
our lives from death.
Joshua 5:9 And the Lord said unto Joshua, This day have I rolled

also brought evil upon the widow with whom I sojourn, by
slaying her son?
I Kings 17:21,22,23 And he stretched himself upon the child
three times, and cried unto the Lord, and said, O Lord my God,
I pray thee, Let this child's soul come unto him again.
And the Lord heard the voice of Elijah; and the soul of the
child came into him again, and he revived.
And Elijah took the child, and brought him down out of the
chamber into the house, and delivered him unto his mother:
and Elijah said, See, thy son liveth.
II Kings 2:18,19,20 And when they came against him (for he
tarried at Jericho) he said unto them, Did I not say unto you,
Go not?
And the men of the city said unto Elisha, Behold, I pray thee,
the situation of this city is pleasant as my lord seeth: but
the water is naught, and the ground is barren.
And he said, Bring me a new cruse, and put salt therein. And
they brought it to him.
II Kings 2:21,22 And he went forth unto the spring of the waters,
and cast the salt in there, and said, Thus saith the Lord, I have
healed these waters there shall not be from thence any more death
or barren land.
So the waters were healed unto this day, according to the saying
of Elisha which he spake.
II Kings 4:33,34,35 He went in therefore, and shut the door upon
them twain, and prayed unto the Lord.
And he went up, and lay upon the child, and put his mouth upon
his mouth, and his eyes upon his eyes, and his hands upon his
hands: and he stretched himself upon him: and the flesh of the
child waxed warm.
Then he returned, and walked in the house to and fro; and went
up, and stretched himself upon him: and the child sneezed seven
times, and the child opened his eyes.
II Kings 4:38,39,40 And Elisha came again to Gilgal: and there
was a dearth in the land; and the sons of the prophets were
sitting before him: and he said unto his servants, Set on the
great pot, and seethe pottage for the sons of the prophets.
And one went out into the field to gather herbs and found a wild
vine, and gathered thereof will gourds, his lap full, and came
and shred them into the pot of pottage: for they knew them not.
So they poured out for the men to eat.
And it came to pass, as they were eating of the pottage, that
they cried out, and said, O thou man of God there is death in
the pot. And they could not eat thereof.
II Kings 4:41 But he said, Then bring meal. And he cast it into
the pot; and he said, Pour out for the people, that they may eat.
And there was no harm in the pot.
II Kings 5:6,7,8 And he brought the letter to the king of Israel,
saying, Now when this letter is come unto thee, behold, I have
therewith sent Naaman my servant to thee, that thou mayest recover
him of his leprosy.
And it came to pass, when the king of Israel had read the letter,
that he rent his clothes, and said, Am I God to kill and to make
alive, that this man doth send unto me to recover a man of his
leprosy? wherefore consider, I pray you, and see how he seeketh
a quarrel against me.
And it was so, when Elisha the man of God had heard that the king
of Israel had rent his clothes, that he sent to the king saying,
Wherefore hast thou rent thy clothes? let him come now to me, and
he shall know that there is a prophet in Israel.
II Kings 5:9,10,11 So Naaman came with his horses and his chariot,
and stood at the door of the house of Elisha.
And Elisha sent a messenger unto him, saying, Go and wash in
Jordan seven times, and thy flesh shall come again to thee,
and thou shalt be clean.
But Naaman was wroth, and went away, and said, Behold, I
thought, He will surely come out to me, and stand, and call
on the name of the Lord his God and strike his hand over
the place, and recover the leper.
II Kings 5:12 Are not Abana and Pharpar, rivers of Damascus,
better than all the waters of Israel? may I not wash in them,
and be clean? So he turned and went away in a rage.
II Kings 5:13,14,15 And his servants came near, and spake unto him,
and said, My father, if the prophet had bid thee to do some great
thing, wouldest thou not have done it? how much rather then, when
he saith to thee, Wash, and be clean?
Then went he down, and dipped himself seven times in Jordan,

And he returned to the man of God he and all his company, and
came, and stood before him: and he said, Behold, now I know

therefore, I pray thee, take a blessing of thy servant.
II Kings 13:6 And the king answered and said unto the man of
God, Entreat now the face of the Lord thy God and pray for me,
that my hand may be restored me again. And the man of God
besought the Lord, and the king's hand was restored him again,
and became as it was before.
II Kings 13:18,19 And he said, Take the arrows. And he took them.
And he said unto the king of Israel, Smite upon the ground. And
he smote thrice, and stayed.
And the man of God was wroth with him, and said, Thou shouldest
have smitten five or six times; then hadst thou smitten Syria
til thou hadst consumed it: whereas now thou shalt smite Syria
but thrice.
II Kings 20:1 In those days was Hezekiah sick unto death. And
the prophet Isaiah the son of Amos came to him, and said unto

shalt die, and not live.

out into the middle court, that the word of the Lord came to

they cried to God in the battle, and he was entreated of

II Chronicles 1:11,12 And God said to Solomon, Because this
was in thine heart, and thou hast not asked riches, wealth,
or honour, nor the life of thine enemies, neither yet hast
asked long life; but hast asked wisdom and knowledge for
thyself, that thou mayest judge my people, over whom I have
made thee king:
Wisdom and knowledge is granted unto thee, and I will give thee

chariots saw Jehoshaphat, that they said, It is the king of Israel.

out, and the Lord helped him; and God moved them to depart from him.

of the heathen? and in thine hand is there not power and might,

And they dwelt therein, and have built thee a sanctuary therein
for thy name, saying,
II Chronicles 20:9 If, when evil cometh upon us, as the sword,
judgment, or pestilence, or famine, we stand before this house,
and in thy presence, (for thy name is in this house,) and cry
unto thee in our affliction, then thou wilt hear and help.
II Chronicles 20:12 O our God, wilt thou not judge them? For we
have no might against this great company that cometh against us;
neither know we what to do: but our eyes are upon thee.
II Chronicles 12:15 And he said, Hearken ye, all Judah, and ye

the Lord unto you, Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this
great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God's.

morrow go out against them: for the Lord will be with you.

Jehoshaphat stood and said, Hear me O Judah, and ye inhabitants

unto the Lord, and that should praise the beauty of holiness as
they went out before the army, and to say, Praise the Lord, for
His mercy endureth for ever.
And when they began to sing and to praise, the Lord set
ambushments against the children of Ammon, Moab, and Mount Seir,
which were come against Judah, and they were smitten.
II Chronicles 26:5 And he sought God in the days of Zechariah,
who had understanding in the visions of God; and as long he
sought the Lord, God made him to prosper.
II Chronicles 27:6 So Jotham became mighty, because he prepared

the house of the Lord was laid.

Proverbs 10:22 The blessing of the Lord it maketh rich, and He

The law of the wise is a fountain of life to depart from the

Isaiah 9:4 For thou hast broken the yoke of his burden, and
the staff of his shoulder, the rod of his oppressor, as in the
day of Midian.
Isaiah 14:3 And it shall come to pass in the day that the Lord
shall give thee rest from thy sorrow, and from thy fear, and
from the hard bondage wherein thou wast made to serve.
Isaiah 14:25 That I will break the Assyrian in my land, and upon
my mountains tread him under foot: then shall his yoke depart
from off them, and his burden depart from off their shoulders.
Isaiah 14:27 For the Lord of hosts hath purposed, and who shall
disannul it? And His hand is stretched out, and who shall turn

The heart also of the rash shall understand knowledge, and the
tongue of the stammerers shall be ready to speak plainly.
Isaiah 33:24 And the inhabitant shall not say, I am sick: the
people that dwell therein shall be forgiven their iniquity.

feeble knees.
Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not:
behold, your God will come with vengeance, even God with a
recompence; he will come and save you.

Then shall the lame man leap as an hart, and the tongue of the

Isaiah 40:28,29,30,31 Hast thou not known? Hast thou not heard,
that the Everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of
the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? There is no searching
of His understanding.
He giveth power to the faint, and to them that have no might He
increaseth strength.
Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall
utterly fall.
But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they
shall mount up with wings of eagles; they shall run, and not be
weary, and they shall walk, and not faint.
Isaiah 41:10 Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed;
for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee, yea, I will help thee;

Isaiah 42:1 Behold my servant, whom I uphold; mine elect, in whom

forth judgment to the Gentiles.
Isaiah 42:5 Thus saith God the Lord, he that created the heavens,
and stretched them out; he that spread forth the earth, and that
which cometh out of it; he that giveth breath unto the people upon

Isaiah 45:22 But thou hast not called upon me, O Jacob; but thou
hast been weary of me, O Israel.

forth into singing, O mountains: for the Lord hath comforted
his people, and will have mercy upon his afflicted.
Isaiah 50:2,3 Wherefore, when I came, was there no man? When I

I clothe the heavens with blackness, and I make sackcloth their

Isaiah 50:10 Who is among you that feareth the Lord, that obeyeth
the voice of his servant, that walketh in darkness, and hath no
light? Let him trust in the name of the Lord, and stay upon his
God.
Isaiah 51:3 For the Lord shall comfort Zion: he will comfort all
her waste places; and he will make her wilderness like Eden, and
her desert like the garden of the Lord; joy and gladness shall be
found therein, thanksgiving, and the voice of melody.
Isaiah 51:22,23 Thus saith thy Lord the Lord; and thy God that
pleadeth the cause of his people, Behold I have, taken out of
thine hand the cup of trembling, even the dregs of the cup of
my fury; thou shalt no more drink it again:
But I will put it into the hand of them that afflict thee; which
have, said to thy soul, Bow down, that we may go over: and thou
hast laid thy body as the ground, and as the street, to them that
went over.
Isaiah 53:4,5 Surely he hath borne our griefs [sickness], and
carried our sorrows [pain]: yet we did esteem him stricken,
smitten of God, and afflicted.
But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our
iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with
his stripes we are healed.
Isaiah 54:11,12 O thou afflicted, tossed with tempest, and not
comforted, behold, I will lay thy stones with fair colours, and
lay thy foundation with sapphires.
And I will make thy windows of agates, and thy gates of
carbuncles, and all thy borders of pleasant stones.
Isaiah 54:17 No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper:
and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou
shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of Lord, and
their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord.
Isaiah 55:11,12,13 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of
my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall
accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the
thing whereto I sent it.
For ye shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the
mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into
singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.
Instead of the thorn shall come up the fir tree, and instead of
the brier shall come up the myrtle tree: and it shall be to the
Lord for a name, for an everlasting sign that shall not be cut
off.
Isaiah 57:15,16,17 For thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabited
eternity, whose name is Holy; I dwell in the high and holy place,
with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the
spirit of the humble and to revive the heart of the contrite ones.
For I will not contend for ever, neither will I be always wroth:
for the spirit should fail before me, and the souls which I have made.
For the iniquity of his covetousness ways was I wroth, and smote him.
I hid me and was wroth, and he went on frowardly in the way of his heart.
Isaiah 57:18,19 I have seen his ways, and will heal him: I will lead
him also, and restore comforts unto him and to his mourners.
I create the fruit of the lips; Peace, peace to him that is far off
and to him that is near, saith the Lord; and I will heal him.
Isaiah 58:4,5,6 Behold, ye fast for strife and debate, and to smite
with the fist of wickedness: ye shall not fast as ye do this day,
to make your voice to be heard on high.
Is it such a fast that I have, chosen? a day for a man to afflict
his soul? is it to bow down his head as a bulrush, and to spread
sackcloth and ashes under him? wilt thou call this a fast, and an
acceptable day to the Lord?
Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of
wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed
go free, and that ye break every yoke?
Isaiah 58:7,8,9 Is it not to deal thy bread to the hungry, and
that thou bring the poor that are cast out to thy house? when
thou seest the naked, that thou cover him; and that thou hide
not thyself from thine own flesh?
Then shall thy light break forth as the morning, and thine
health shall spring forth speedily: and thy righteousness shall
go before thee; the glory of the Lord shall be thy reward.
Then shalt thou call, and the Lord shall answer; thou shalt cry,
and he shall say, Here I am. If thou take away from the midst of
thee the yoke, the putting forth of the finger, and speaking
vanity;
Isaiah 58:10,11,12 And if thou draw out thy soul to the hungry,
and satisfy the afflicted soul; then shall thy light rise in
obscurity, and thy darkness be as the noon day:
And the Lord shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul
in drought, and make fat thy bones and thou shalt be like a
watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not.
And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places:
thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou
shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths
to dwell in.
Isaiah 58:13,14 If thou turn away thy foot from the Sabbath from
doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the Sabbath a delight,
the holy of the Lord, honorable; and shalt honour him, not doing
thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine
own words:
Then shalt thou delight thyself in the Lord; and I will cause thee
to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the
heritage of Jacob thy father; for the mouth of the Lord hath spoken
it.
Isaiah 59:1 Behold, the Lord's hand is not shortened, that it
cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear.
Isaiah 59:19 So shall they fear the name of the Lord from the
west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy
shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord shall lift
up a standard against him.
Isaiah 60:1,2 Arise, shine; for thy light has come, and the
glory of the Lord is risen upon thee.
For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross
darkness the people: but the Lord shall arise upon thee, and
His glory shall be seen upon thee.
Isaiah 60:10 And the sons of strangers shall build up thy walls,
and their kings shall minister unto thee: for in my wrath I smote
thee, but in my favour have I had mercy of thee.
Isaiah 61:1,2,3 The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the
Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; He hath
sent Me to bind up the broken-hearted, to proclaim liberty to the
captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;
To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of
vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn;
To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty
for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for
the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of
righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he might be glorified.
Isaiah 61:7 For your shame ye shall have, double; and for
confusion they shall rejoice in their portion: therefore
in their land they shall possess the double: everlasting
joy shall be unto them.
Isaiah 62:2,3,4,5 And the Gentiles shall see thy righteousness,
and all kings thy glory: and thou shalt be called a new name,
which the mouth of the Lord shall name.
Thou shalt also be a crown of glory in the hand of the Lord,
and a royal diadem in the hand of thy God.
Thou shalt no more be termed Forsaken; neither shall thy land
any more be termed Desolate: but thou shalt be called Hephzibah,
and thy land Beulah: for the Lord delighteth in thee, and thy
land shall be married.
For as a young man marrieth a virgin, so shall thy sons marry
thee: and as the bridegroom rejoiceth over the bride, so shall
thy Lord rejoice over thee.
Isaiah 64:4 For since the beginning of the world men have not
heard nor perceived by the ear, neither hath the eye seen, O
God, beside thee, what he hath prepared for him that waiteth
for Him.
Isaiah 65:16 That he who blesseth himself in the earth shall bless
himself in the God of truth; and he that sweareth in the earth
shall swear by the God of truth; because the former troubles are
forgotten, and because they are hid from thine eyes.
Isaiah 65:24 And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I
will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear.
Isaiah 66:12,13,14 For thus saith the Lord, Behold, I will extend
peace to her like a river, and the glory of the Gentiles, like a
flowing stream: then shall ye suck, ye shall be borne upon her
sides, and be dandled upon her knees.
As one whom his mother comforteth, so will I comfort you; and ye
shall be comforted in Jerusalem.
And when ye see this, your heart shall rejoice, and your bones
shall flourish like an herb and the hand of the Lord shall be
known toward his servants, and his indignation toward his enemies.
Jeremiah 8:22 Is there no balm [healing] in Gilead [worship]; is
there no physician there? why then is not the health of the
daughter of my people recovered?
Jeremiah 15:18,19 Why is my pain perpetual and my wound
incurable, which refuses to be healed? wilt thou be altogether
unto me as a liar? and as waters that fail?
Therefore thus saith the Lord, If thou return, then will I bring
thee again, and thou shalt stand before me: and if thou take forth
the precious from the vile, thou shalt be as my mouth: let them
return unto thee; but return not thou unto them.
Jeremiah 16:19 O Lord, my strength, and my fortress, and my refuge
in the day of affliction, the Gentiles shall come unto thee from
the ends of the earth, and shall say, Surely our fathers have
inherited lies, vanity, and things, wherein there is no profit.
Jeremiah 17:13,14 O Lord, the hope of Israel, all that forsake
thee shall be ashamed, and they that depart from me shall be
written in the earth, because they have, forsaken the Lord, the
fountain of living waters.
Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed save me, and I shall be
saved: for Thou art my praise.
Jeremiah 29:11,12,13,14 For I know the thoughts that I think
toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil,
to give you an expected end.
Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me,
and I will hearken unto you.
And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me
with all your heart.
And I will be found of you, saith the Lord: and I will turn away
your captivity, and I will gather you from all the nations, and
from all the places whither I have, driven you, saith the Lord;

Jeremiah 30:3 For, lo: the days come, saith the Lord, that I will
bring again the captivity of my people Israel and Judah, saith the
Lord: and I will cause them to return to the land that I gave to
their fathers, and they shall possess it.
Jeremiah 30:10,11 Therefore fear not, O my servant Jacob, saith
the Lord; neither be dismayed, O Israel: for lo, I will save thee
from afar, and thy seed from the land of their captivity: and
Jacob shall return and shall be in rest, and be quiet.
For I am with thee, saith the Lord, to save thee: though I make a
full end of all nations whither I have scattered thee, yet will
I not make a full end of thee: but I will correct thee in measure,
and will not leave thee altogether unpunished.
Jeremiah 30:17 For I will restore health unto thee, and I will
heal thee of thy wounds, saith the Lord; because they called
thee an outcast, saying, This is Zion, whom no man seeketh after.
Jeremiah 31:13 Then shall the virgin rejoice in the dance, both
young men and old together: for I will turn their mourning into
joy, and will comfort them, and make them rejoice from their

cure them, and will reveal unto them the abundance of peace and

captivity of Israel to return, and will build them, as at the

sinned against me; and I will pardon all their iniquities, whereby

And it shall be to me a name of joy; a praise and an honour

Jeremiah 33:25,26 Thus saith the Lord; If my covenant be not with

consumed, because His compassions fail not.
They are new every morning: great is Thy faithfulness.
Then will I cast away the seed of Jacob, and David my servant, so
that I will not take any of his seed to be rulers over the seed of
Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob: for I will cause their captivity to
return, and have mercy on them.
Lamentations 3:24,25,26 The Lord is my portion saith my soul;
therefore will I hope in him.
The Lord is good to them that wait for him, to the soul that
seeketh Him.
It is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait for the
salvation of the Lord.
Lamentations 3:31,32 For the Lord will not cast off for ever:
But though He cause grief, yet will he have compassion according
to the multitude of His mercies.

consumed: it shall bring forth new fruit according to his
months, because their waters they issued out of the sanctuary:

Daniel 4:36 At the same time my reason returned unto me; and for

Mark 2:17 When Jesus heard it, he saith unto them, They that are
whole have no need of the physician, but they that are sick: I
came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.
Mark 3:1,2,3 And he entered again into the synagogue; and there
was a man there which had a withered hand.
And they watched him, whether he would heal him on the Sabbath day;
that they might accuse him.
And he saith unto the man which had the withered hand, Stand forth.
Mark 3:4,5 And he saith unto them, Is it lawful to do good on the
Sabbath days, or to do evil? to save life, or to kill? But they
held their peace.
And when he had looked round about on them with anger, being
grieved for the hardness of their hearts, he saith unto the
man, Stretch forth thine hand. And he stretched it out: and his
hand was restored whole as the other.
Mark 3:9 And he spake to his disciples, that a small ship should
wait on him because of the multitude, lest they should throng him.
Mark 3:10,11 For he had healed many; inasmuch that they pressed
upon him for to touch him, as many as had plagues.
And unclean spirits, when they saw him, fell down before him,
and cried, saying, Thou art the Son of God.
Mark 3:14,15 And he ordained twelve, that they should be with him,
and that he might send them forth to preach,
And to have power to heal sicknesses, and to cast out devils:
Mark 5:1,2,3 And they came over unto the other side of the sea,
into the country of the Gadarenes'.
And when he was come out of the ship, immediately there met him
out of the tombs a man with an unclean spirit,
Who had his dwelling among the tombs; and no man could bind him, no,
not with chains:
Mark 5:4,5,6 Because that he had been often bound with fetters
and chains, and the chains had been plucked asunder by him,
and the fetters broken in pieces: neither could any man tame him.
And always night and day, he was in the mountains, and in the
tombs, crying, and cutting himself with stones.
But when he saw Jesus afar off, he ran and worshipped him,
Mark 5:7,8,9 And cried with a loud voice, and said, What have
I to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of the most high God? I
adjure thee by God, that thou torment me not.
For he said unto him, Come out of the man, thou unclean spirit.
And he asked him, What is thy name? And he answered, saying,
My name is Legion: for we are many.
Mark 5:10,11,12 And he besought him much that he would not send
them away out of the country.
Now there was there nigh unto the mountains a great herd of swine
feeding.
And all the devils besought him, saying, Send us into the swine,
that we may enter into them.
Mark 5:13 And forth with Jesus gave them leave. And the unclean
spirits went out, and entered into the swine: and the herd ran
violently down a steep place into the sea, (they were about two
thousand:) and were choked in the sea.
Mark 5:14,15,16 And they that fed the swine fled, and told it in
the city, and in the country. And they went out to see what it
was that was done.
And they come to Jesus, and see him that was possessed with the
devil, and had the legion, sitting, and clothed, and in his
right mind: and they were afraid.
And they that saw it told them how it befell to him that was
possessed with the devil, and also concerning the swine.
Mark 5:22,23,24 And, behold, there cometh one of the rulers of
the synagogue, Jairus by name; and when he saw him, he fell at
his feet,
And he besought him greatly, saying, My little daughter lieth at
the point of death: I pray thee, come and lay thy hands on her,
that she may be healed; and she shall live.
And Jesus went with him; and much people followed him, and
thronged him.
Mark 5:25,26,27 And a certain woman, which had an issue of blood
twelve years,
And had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent
all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but had rather grew
worse,
When she heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched
His garment.
Mark 5:28,29,30 For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I
shall be whole.
And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up; and she
felt in her body that she was healed of that plague.
And Jesus, immediately knowing in himself that virtue had gone
out of him, turned him about in the press and said, Who touched
my clothes?
Mark 5:31,32,33 And his disciples said unto him, Thou seest the
multitude thronging thee, and sayest thou, Who touched me?
And he looked round about to see her that had done this thing.
But the woman fearing and trembling, knowing what was done in
her, fell down before him, and told him all the truth.
Mark 5:34,35,36 And he said unto her, Daughter, thy faith hath
made thee whole: go in power and be whole of thy plague.
While he yet spake, there came from the ruler of the
synagogue's house certain which said, Thy daughter is dead: why
troublest thou the Master any further? As soon as Jesus heard the
word that was spoken, he saith unto the ruler of the synagogue.
Be not afraid. Only believe.
Mark 5:38,39,40 And he cometh to the house of the ruler of the
synagogue, and seeth the tumult, and them that wept and wailed
greatly.
And when he was come in, he saith unto them, Why make ye this
ado and weep? the damsel is not dead, but sleepeth.
And they laughed him to scorn. But when he had put them all out,
he taketh the father and the mother of the damsel, and them that
were with him, and entereth in where the damsel was lying.
Mark 5:41,42,43 And took the damsel by the hand, and said unto
her, Talitha cumi; which is, being interpreted, Damsel, I say
unto thee, arise.
And straightway the damsel arose, and walked; for she was of the
age of twelve years. And they were astonished with a great
astonishment.
And he charged them straitly that no man should know it; and
commanded that something should be given her to eat.
Mark 6:13 And they cast out many devils, and anointed with oil
many that were sick, and healed them.
Mark 6:53,54,55 And when they had passed over, they came into the
land of Genesaret, and drew to the shore.
And when they were come out of the ship, straightway they knew him.
And ran through that whole region round about, and began to carry
about in beds those that were sick, where they heard he was.
Mark 6:56 And whithersoever he entered, into villages, or cities,
or country, they laid the sick in the streets, and besought him
that they might touch if it were but the border of his garment:
and as many as touched him were made whole.
Mark 7:25,26,27 For a certain woman, whose young daughter had
an unclean spirit, heard of him, and came and fell at his feet:
The woman was a Greek, a Syrophenician by nation; and she besought
him that he would cast forth the devil out of her daughter.
But Jesus said unto her, Let the children first be filled: for it
is not meet to take the children's bread, and to cast it unto the
dogs.
Mark 7:28,29,30 And she answered and said unto him, Yes, Lord:
yet the dogs under the table eat of the children's crumbs.
And he said unto her, For this saying go thy way; the devil is
gone out of thy daughter.
And when she was come to her house, she found the devil gone out,
and her daughter laid upon the bed.
Mark 7:32,33,34 And they bring unto him one that was deaf, and
had an impediment in his speech; and they beseech him to put
His hand upon him.
And he took him aside from the multitude, and put his fingers
into his ears, and he spit, and touched his tongue;
And looking up to heaven, he sighed, and saith unto him,
Eph-pha-tha, that is, Be opened.
Mark 7:35,36,37 And straightway his ears were opened, and the string
of his tongue was loosed, and he spake plain.
And he charged them that they should tell no man: but the more he
charged them, so much the more a great deal they published it;
And were beyond measure astonished, saying, He hath done all
things well: he maketh both the deaf to hear, and the dumb to
speak.
Mark 8:22,23,24 And he cometh to Bethsaida; and they bring a
blind man unto him, and besought him to touch him.
And he took the blind man by the hand, and let him out of the
town; and when he had spit on his eyes, and put his hands upon
him, he asked him if he saw ought.
And he looked up, and said, I see men as trees, walking.
Mark 8:25,26 After he put his hands again upon his eyes, and
made him look up: and he was restored and saw every man clearly.
And he sent him away to his house, saying, Neither go into the
town, nor tell it to any in the town.
Mark 9:17,18,19 And one of the multitude answered him and said,
Master, I have brought unto thee my son, which hath a dumb spirit;
And wheresoever he taketh him, he teareth him: and he foameth, and
gnasheth his teeth, and pineth away: and I spake to thy disciples,
that they should cast him out; and they could not.
He answereth him, and saith, O faithless generation, how long shall
I be with you? how long shall I suffer you? bring him unto me.
Mark 9:20,21,22 And they brought him unto him: and when he saw
him straightway the spirit tare him; and he fell on the ground,
and wallowed foaming.
And he asked his father, How long ago is it ago since this came
unto him? And he said, Of a child.
And oftimes it hath cast him into the fire, and into the waters,
to destroy him: but if thou canst do any thing, have compassion
on us, and help us.
Mark 9:23,24,25 Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all
things are possible to him that believeth.
And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with
tears, Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief.
When Jesus saw that the people came running together, he rebuked
the foul spirit, saying unto him, Thou dumb and deaf spirit, I
charge thee, come out of him, and enter no more into him.
Mark 9:26,27,28 And the spirit cried, and rent him sore, and
came out of him: and he was as one dead; inasmuch that many said,
He is dead.
But Jesus took him by the hand, and lifted him up; and he arose.
And when he was come into the house, his disciples asked him
privately, Why could not we cast him out?
Mark 9:29 And he said unto them, This kind can come forth by
nothing but prayer and fasting.
Mark 10:27 And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is
impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible.
Mark 10:46,47,48 And they came to Jericho: and as he went out of
Jericho with his disciples and a great number of people, blind
Bartimaeus, the son of Timaeus, sat by the highway side begging.
And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry
out, and say, Jesus, thou son of David, have mercy on me.
And many charged him that he should hold his peace: but he cried
the more a great deal, Thou son of David, have mercy on me.
Mark 10:49,50,51 And Jesus stood still, and commanded him to be
called. And they call the blind man, saying unto him, Be of good
comfort, rise; he calleth thee.
And he, casting away his garment, rose, and came to Jesus.
And Jesus answered and said unto him, What wilt thou that I should
do unto thee? The blind man said unto him, Lord, that I might
receive my sight.
Mark 10:52 And Jesus said unto him, Go thy way; thy faith hath made
thee whole. And immediately he received his sight, and followed
Jesus in the way.
Mark 11:23,24,25 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall
say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be cast into the sea;
and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those
things which he saith shall come to pass, he shall have whatsoever
he saith.
Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye
pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any:
that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your
trespasses.
Mark 11:26 But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father
which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.
Communion
Mark 14:22,23,24 And as they did eat, Jesus took bread, and
blessed, and brake it, and gave to them, and said, Take, eat:
this is my body.
And he took the cup, and when he had given thanks, he gave it to
them: and they all drank of it.
And he said unto them, This is my blood of the new testament, which
is shed for many.
Mark 16:9 Now when Jesus was risen, early the first day of the week,
he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom he had cast seven
devils.
Mark 16:17,18 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my
name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;
They shall take up serpents: and if they drink any deadly thing, it
shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall
recover.
Luke 1:18,19,20 And Zacharias said unto the angel, Whereby shall
I know this? for I am an old man, and my wife is well stricken in
years.
And the angel answering said unto him, I am Gabriel that stand in
the presence of God; and am sent to speak unto thee, and to shew
thee these glad tidings,
And, behold, thou shalt be dumb, and not able to speak, until the
day that these things shall be performed, because thou believest
not my words, which shall be fulfilled in their season.

Luke 1:63,64 And he asked for a writing table, and wrote, saying,
His name is John. And they marveled all.
And his mouth was opened immediately, and his tongue loosed, and
he spake and praised God.
Luke 4:18,19 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath
anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to
heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives,
and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them
that are bruised,
To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.
Luke 4:33,34,35 And in the synagogue there was a man, which had
a spirit of an unclean devil, and cried out with a loud voice.
Saying, Let us alone; what have we to do with thee, thou Jesus of
Nazareth? art thou come to destroy us? I know thee who thou art;
the Holy One of God.
And Jesus rebuked him, saying, Hold thy peace, and come out of
him. And when the devil had thrown him in the midst, he came
out of him, and hurt him not.
Luke 4:38,39,40 And he arose out of the synagogue, and entered in
to Simon's house. And Simon's wife's mother was taken with a great
fever; and they besought him for her.
And he stood over her, and rebuked the fever; and it left her: and
immediately she arose and ministered unto them.
Now when the sun was setting, all they that had any sick with
divers diseases brought them unto him; and he laid his hands on
every one of them, and healed them.
Luke 4:41 And devils also came out of many, crying out, and
saying, Thou art Christ the Son of God. And he rebuking them
suffered them not to speak: for they knew that he was Christ.
Luke 5:12,13,14 And It came to pass, when he was in a certain
city, behold a man full of leprosy: who, seeing Jesus, fell on
his face, and besought him, saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou
canst make me clean.
And he put forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I will: be
thou clean. And immediately the leprosy departed from him.
And he charged him to tell no man, but go, and shew thyself to the
priests and offer for thy cleansing, according as Moses commanded,
for a testimony unto them.
Luke 5:15,16,17 But so much the more went there a fame abroad of
Him: and great multitudes came together to hear, and to be healed
by Him of their infirmities.
And he withdrew himself into the wilderness, and prayed.
And it came to pass on a certain day as he was teaching, that
there were Pharisees and doctors of the law sitting by, which
were come out of every town of Galilee and Judea, and Jerusalem:
and the power of the Lord was present to heal them.
Luke 5:18,19,20 And, behold, men brought in a bed a man which was
taken with a palsy: and they sought meat to bring him in, and to
lay him before him.
And when they could not find by what way they might bring him
in because of the multitude, they went upon the housetop, and
let him down through the tiling, with his couch into the midst
before Jesus.
And when he saw their faith, he said unto him, Man, thy sins are
forgiven thee.
Luke 5:21,22,23 And the scribes and the Pharisees began to reason,
saying, Who is this which speaketh blasphemies? Who can forgive
sins, but God alone?
But when Jesus perceived their thoughts he answering said unto
them, What reason ye in your hearts?
Whether is easier to say, Thy sins be forgiven thee; or to say,
Rise up and walk?
Luke 5:24,25,26 but that ye may know that the Son of man hath
power upon earth to forgive sins, (he said unto the sick of the
palsy,) I say unto thee, Arise, and take up thy couch, and go
into thine house.
And immediately he rose up before them, and took up that whereon
he lay, and departed to his own house, glorifying God.
And they were all amazed, and they glorified God, and were filled
with fear, saying, We have seen strange things today.
Luke 5:30,31 But their scribes and Pharisees murmured against His
disciples, saying, Why do ye eat and drink with publicans and
sinners?
And Jesus answering said unto them. They that are whole need not
a physician; but they that are sick.
Luke 6:6,7,8 And it came to pass also on another Sabbath, that He

Luke 6:17,18,19 And he came down with them, and stood in the
plain, and the company of his disciples, and a great multitude
of people out of all Judea and Jerusalem, and from the sea coast
of Tyre and Sidon, which came to hear him, and to be healed of
their diseases;
And they that were vexed with unclean spirits: and they were healed.
And the whole multitude sought to touch him: for there went virtue
out of him, and healed them all.
Luke 6:35,36 But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend,
hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and
ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto
the unthankful and to he evil.
Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful.
Luke 6:37,38 Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not,
and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven:
Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down,
and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your
bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be
measured to you again.
Luke 7:2,3,4 And a certain centurion's servant, who was dear
to him, was sick and ready to die.
And when he heard of Jesus, he sent unto him the elders of the
Jews, beseeching him that he would come and heal his servant.
And when they came to Jesus, they besought him instantly, saying,
That he was worthy for whom he should do this:
Luke 7:5,6,7 For he loveth our nation, and he hath built us a
synagogue.
Then Jesus went with them. And when he was now not far from the
house, the centurion sent friends to him, saying unto him, Lord,
trouble not thyself: for I am not worthy that thou shouldest
enter under my roof:
Wherefore neither thought I myself worthy to come unto thee: but
say in a word, and my servant shall be healed.
Luke 7:8,9,10 For I also am a man set under authority having under
me soldiers, and I say unto one, Go, and he goeth; and to another,
Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it.
When Jesus heard these things, he marveled at him, and turned him
about, and said unto the people that followed him, I say unto you,
I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel.
And they that were sent, returning to the house, found the servant
whole that had been sick.
Luke 7:11,12,13 And it came to pass the day after, that
he went into a city called Na-in; and many of His
disciples went with him, and much people.
Now when he came nigh to the gate of the city, behold, there
was a dead man carried out, the only son of his mother, and
she was a widow: and much people of the city was with her.
And when the Lord saw her, he had compassion on her, and said
unto her, Weep not.
