Exodus 23:9 Also thou shall not oppress a stranger: for ye know the
heart of a stranger, seeing ye were strangers in the land of Egypt.
Exodus 22:21 Ye shalt neither vex a stranger, nor oppress him: for ye
were terstrangers in the land of Egypt.
Exodus 22:22,23,24 Ye shall not afflict any widow, or fatherless child.
If thou afflict them in any wise, and they cry at all unto Me, I will
surely hear their cry;
And my wrath shall wax hot, and I will kill you with the sword; and
your wives shall be widows, and your children fatherless.

Lord, thou hast heard the desire of the humble: thou wilt prepare their

To judge the fatherless and the oppressed, that the man of the earth
may no more oppress.

If ye oppress not the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow,
and shed not innocent blood in this place, neither walk after

come upon you, that he will take you away with hooks, and your
posterity with fishhooks.
Micah 2:1,2,3 Woe to them that devise iniquity, and work evil upon
their beds! when the morning is light, they practise it, because
it is in the power of their hand.
And they covet fields, and take them by violence; and houses, and
take them away: so they oppress a man and his house, even a man
and his heritage.
Therefore thus saith the Lord; Behold, against thei family do I
devise an evil, from which ye shall not remove your necks; neiter
shall ye go haughtily: for this time is evil.
Zechariah 7:9,10 Thus speaketh the Lord of hosts, Execute true
judgment, and show mercy and compassions every man to his brother.
And oppress not the widow, nor the fatherless, the stranger, nor
the poor; and let none of you imagine evil against his brother
in your heart.
Malachi 2:14,15 Yet ye say:,Wherefore? Because the Lord hath been
witness between thee the wife of thy youth, against whom thou hast
dealt treacherously: Yet is she thy companion, and the wife of
thy covenant.
And did not he make one? Yet had he the residue of the spirit. And
wherefore one? That He might seek a godly seed. Therefore take heed
to your spirit, and let none deal treacherously against the wife of
his youth.
For the Lord,the God of Israel, saith that he hateth putting away:
for one covereth violence with his garment, saith the Lord of hosts:
therefore take heed to your spirit, that ye deal not treacherously.
Malachi 3:5 And I will come near to you to judgment; and I will be
a swift witness against the sorcerers, and against false swearers
and against those that oppress the hireling in his wages, the widow,
and the fatherless, and that turn aside the stranger from his right,
and fear not Me, saith the Lord of hosts.
